2014-2015 Campbell Indians Varsity Football Schedule

Campbell ISD Will Be Hosting FREE Medical Physicals and Initial Drug-Screening Tests

Campbell ISD will be hosting FREE medical physicals and initial drug-screening tests on Thursday, July 24, 2014 beginning at 10:00 am in the High School office.
Medical Physicals
Students entering grades 7th, 9th and 11th are required to have a medical physical completed and passed before they may participate and compete in any athletic sport or Cheerleading event.
Any Campbell ISD student entering grades 7th-12th grade wishing or needing a medical physical may attend.
Also, students who may have had a previous bodily injury are suggested to have a physical.
Parents are required to complete the Pre-participation Physical Evaluation prior to a student receiving the physical.

Drug Testing

Any student entering grades 9th-12th that wish to participate in any UIL sponsored and District sponsored extra-curricular activities including Athletics, UIL academics, student clubs or organizations (Student Council, Yearbook, National Honor Society, Spanish Club, FFA, FCCLA) must submit to the Campbell ISD Drug Testing Policy. An initial drug-screening test will be performed at the beginning of the year prior to the student participating in the extra-curricular activity. A random drug-screening test will be conducted over the school year. Links to the Drug Testing Policy and Acknowledgement are below.
