Accessibility Policy
It is the policy of Campbell Independent School District to not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender or disability in its vocational programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. Campbell ISD will utilize the standards of the World Wide Web Consortium’s (“W3C”) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
(“WCAG”) 2.1 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Rich Internet Applications Suite (“WAI-ARIA”) 1.1 for web-based content to ensure website accessibility.
Campbell Independent School District is committed to making the websites accessible according to the standards set forth by the Texas Legislature in 1 Tex. Admin. Code Section 206.50. (1 T.A.C.
§206.50), and in accordance with Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended.
